We offer free consultations to people looking to hire an immigration lawyer for their case. Otherwise, we charge $350 for informational consultations.

Fair, Flat Rate Fees

The price you pay is all-inclusive for your matter except for government fees. There is no additional cost for regular communication with me or my office.

A Word About Paralegals and Notario Fraud

Lawyers are more expensive than paralegals and notarios, and some paralegals do a good job of filling forms. But you get more with our office. When you hire me, you’re getting a professionally trained and licensed advocate with an ethical duty to act in your best interest. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve taken on an incomplete or badly handled case from people who told me that their previous “attorney” either died or retired. Those people were tricked by notarios posing as lawyers. 

Even if you don’t hire me, ask your attorney for the state they were licensed in and their bar number, then look them up. My California bar number is 299475. Saving a little bit of money up front is not worth the devastating impact of a fraud violating your right to obtain legal status or U.S. citizenship.

My prices are competitive with other immigration lawyers in Los Angeles. I calculate my fees based on the time it takes to work on an average case like yours. One thing that distinguishes my firm from others is that I do not employ paralegals and I do not take on every single case that comes through the door. This allows me to work on each client’s case from start to finish while providing the individual attention you need and deserve.
