Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What documents do we need?

You will need all vital records, such as birth certificates, passports, and identification documents. Depending on your case, you may also need:

  • Marriage documents (if applying based on marriage)
  • Proof of relationship (for family-based cases)
  • Employment records (for work-related visas)
  • Any additional documents specific to your case

I provide each client with a customized document checklist, so you’ll know exactly what’s required.

How much are government fees?

Government filing fees vary by case. Here are some common fees:

  • I-485 (Adjustment of Status): $1,440
  • I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative): $675
  • I-765 (Work Permit): $260

These fees are set by USCIS and may change. I will confirm the latest fees when we discuss your case.

How much are lawyer fees?

Every case is different, which is why I don’t list prices online. However, I charge a flat fee, so there are no hidden costs—just my attorney fee and the government filing fee.

Call or email me, and I will evaluate your case and provide a clear, upfront cost.

What is included in your representation?

Everything. I handle your entire case from start to finish, including:

  • Preparing and filing all paperwork
  • Communicating with USCIS on your behalf
  • Guiding you through every step of the process
  • Attending your interview with you, if one is required

You won’t be handed off to assistants—you’ll work directly with me the whole way.

Can I talk to you? Are you working on my case?

Yes! I am your main point of contact, and I personally handle your case. If you have questions, you can always talk to me.

I believe in personalized service, so you’ll never feel like just another case file.
